Background in construction/temporary structure or modular together with experience of delivering “big ticket sales” in a commercial capacity. Ability to utilise a diverse supply chain in a time critical environment. Demonstrable experience of tender submissions. Good working relations with Contract/Project Management. Natural gravitas and affinity with the B2B sector. Able to develop high level networks and act professionally as an ambassador for the business. Recognise and rapidly develop opportunities in a controlled and profitable manner. Full understanding of basic financial reporting and budget management. Team player (internally), co-ordinator and facilitator with suppliers and strategic partners.

Excellent communicator with proven networking skills. Highly developed and diplomatic negotiating skills.
