Sales Manager

Multitask Personnel are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in the Energy and Renewable sector.

• Providing renewable product solutions across the United Kingdom for domestic customers including replacement boilers for all fuel types from Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar and Battery Storage.
• Visiting customer properties to complete heat loss surveys using the companies software, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction with the aim to save energy and efficiently reduce energy bills.
• Corresponding daily with all installers to ensure monthly install targets are being met.
• Managing and leading a team of ten direct sales staff and six telesales staff along with other office members.
• Organising and leading weekly meetings with direct sales and telesales staff to ensure individual goals and daily, weekly and monthly targets are being met whilst also maintaining employee wellbeing.
• Liaising with customers via telephone and email to confirm future appointments.
• Managing telesales staff KPI’s to evaluate the performance of the business and assess any areas to be improved.
• Continuous involvement and input throughout the customers journey, from sales to assessment or technical design and registration of the system, all to ensure the customer is satisfied with the service they are receiving.

This role would be suited to candidates who have previous experience working in Building Products/ Trades, Energy Sales, Window & Doors Sales or any face to face selling environment.

Salary IRO: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
