We have a number of fantastic opportunities to join a dynamic and expanding business within the gas industry, based in Bolton, our client is recruiting for a number of sales advisors, (initially to work from home until Covid restrictions are relaxed)

Key responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via warm leads, with the aim to book appointments to fit new SMART meters
  • Proactively communicate with your allocated engineers to ensure they are aware of any specific requirements
  • Follow the abort process to ensure that any incomplete jobs are rescheduled and can be completed
  • Work closely with your Support Team Leader to deliver fair customer outcomes
  • Continually strive to achieve performance targets and delivering great customer interactions
  • Positively engage with monthly performance reviews, coaching, feedback and any other developmental opportunities to ensure continual improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the business
  • Seek to continually improve the way in which we work
  • Deliver excellent customer service to our customers and clients
  • Strive to deliver the future of smart energy in line with our company vision and values

 Skills

  • Call Centre Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills with selling/cross selling/upselling experience
  • Efficient and concise communication skills
  • Natural ability to problem solve and will be able to react and resolve back office issues in an ever-changing landscape
  • Ability to work well under pressure whilst constantly considering opportunity for improvement and development
  • Confident IT ability

The positions are on a temp to perm basis, with opportunity to progress for the ambitious ones amongst you!

The working hours are Monday – Friday 11.30am-8pm

A 2 week training course will commence on Mon 09/11/2020, this will be at the clients site in Horwich, you must be able to attend the training for the full 2 weeks before you can work from home, please be aware,, once Covid restrictions are relaxed, you will be working in the office, this is not a permanent home based working role.

In return the company offer full training, a starting salary of £9.30ph plus monthly incentives of up to £150 per month)
