We have an excellent opportunity working for a well-established, ambitious and growing organisation within the Commercial Property Maintenance sector.

We are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator, on a permanent basis as their Sheffield base.

You will:

  • Take inbound calls re purchase orders from engineers on site wanting to purchase goods
  • Raise POs for items and liaise with suppliers and team members re price and quantities
  • Discuss with managers, re quotations from key suppliers
  • Manage and assist in the hire of machinery
  • Communicate and supply problems to management as necessary
  • Manage PPE and Uniform stock
  • Order and manage stationery and office supplies
  • Liaise with suppliers re outstanding orders and quotes
  • Participate in out of hours call rota as and when necessary

You will need:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • IT competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic numeracy capability
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a team.

In return:

09.00 - 1:00pm (Morning PT Hours) 

Salary £10.5K
