Project Manager - Facades

My client is a leading external envelope specialist looking to recruit an Experienced Facades Project Manager.

They have experienced impressive growth over the last few years and having experienced another period of successful contract wins.

Projects

• They undertake full external envelope packages ranging in value from £1 million - £10 million
• They also undertake some works as principal contractor

You will need to have a background in Facade, Cladding, Curtain Walling, SFS etc.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the day to day aspects of the project.
• Driving the project outcomes.
• Maintaining the health and safety in the project.
• Procurement of specialist subcontractors
• Progress reports
• Managing the scope work package and developing strategic package programmes.
