The Project Manager is directly responsible for assisting in effective engagement, management and delivery of Construction and Refurbishment projects for the Commercial sector.  You will be mainly office based and cover a range of commercial and high end residential projects within a 30 mile radius of Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities

People

  • Managing operational workforce to ensure efficient and effective use of time and resources
  • Monitor performance of teams and set suitable challenges to maintain development.
  • To monitor own competence to ensure required level is maintained
  • Delivery and management of projects ensuring work is completed to safety, on time and that policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Monitor, in co-ordination with the Director to ensure works are cost effective and variations are highlighted
  • Manage project financials including P&L

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing Commercial refurbishment and new builds projects from the ground up, it would also be a benefit to have residential new build experience however this is not essential.

 

In return the company offer a package around £40-45k dependant on experience, no working away and a friendly team focused working environment.
