Our client are a growing, ambitious and highly successful building contractor delivering a range of projects to commercial and retail clients across Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.

Due to continued success they are expanding their business and are looking for an experienced Project Manager capable of running 2- 3 projects at any one time with values around £200-500k.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience Managing and coordinating the work of employees and sub-contractors
• Be commercially minded
• Have great ambition and drive
• Have experience running refurbishment and extension projects
• Have the ability to manage multiple contracts at one time
