Our client are a gas, electric and smart meter specialist company based in Cardiff, we’re working closely with them to recruit a number of Operation Support Assistants to work in their Industrial and Commercial Meter department.

Job Role:
To maximise customer appointments for both Gas / Electricity Meter visits & plan the work for the field engineers, including grouping jobs in the most efficient way possible and arranging access ahead of their visit. To provide constant support to the field engineers and any sub-contractors, including directions when necessary, and schedule amendments in order to maximise meter installs and keep cancelled jobs to a minimum.

Pay Rate is £9.30ph and is paid weekly.
Hours are between 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri, this will be on a rota basis on an 8hrs per day shift.
Based on current Covid restrictions the role may be working from home after the initial training, but will be based at the office in Cardiff (CF23) as soon as is deemed safe to do so
