Operation Support Assistant Bolton

Multitask Personnel are working with a leading Utility Metering Organisation.  They install and maintain gas, electric and SMART meters on behalf of energy suppliers. Due to expansion we are looking to recruit a number of Operations Support Assistants to work within their industrial and commercial team in Bolton.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing commercial and industrial customers to arrange an engineer to install a new gas meter
• Deal with any incoming queries from customers.
• Proactively communicate with your allocated engineers to ensure they are aware of any specific requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Efficient and concise communication, planning and scheduling skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle and overcome objections while maintaining service and meeting set KPI’s
• Confident IT ability
• Outgoing and resilient personality

In Return:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 16:30
• Full Time
