Multitask Personnel are working with construction client who operate throughout the UK, they specialise in Curtain Walling, Structural Glazing & Building Envelopes.
We are working closely with them to recruit a full time office assistant. The job will be split between the administration team and the finance department throughout the week. Tasks will be distributed according to required work load.
Your main duties will include but not limited to:
- General reception duties such as answering the phone, backing up computers.
- Dealing with the sending and receiving of post and distributing as necessary.
- Updating training records, arranging training for expired licences or required certificates
- Filing and printing as required to the correct procedure
- Booking accommodation and travel as required
- Assisting the finance department with their day to day requirements including sales and purchase ledger tasks.
- Data input
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who is happy to switch between tasks daily and to pitch in with other colleagues as and when required.
Hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Pay rate is £6.56-£8.91 per hour
