Multitask Personnel are working with a leading rotational moulding company based at Hellaby Industrial Estate. The headquarters are based in Italy with the UK division established in 2018 to meet the demands of its UK customer base. Since 2018 to company has and continues to grow from strength to strength.

We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to ensure smooth running of the manufacturing office. You will support the office manager on a part time basis.

Main Duties:

  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of company procedures
  • Maintain document registers
  • Ensuring the renewal of company H & S procedures and ensuring they are recorded accordingly
  • Keeping and updating personnel records, arranging interviews and sending official documentation
  • Generating and communicating the production plan
  • Monitoring inventory and maintaining at agreed levels
  • Administration in regards to stock control
  • Working with office manager in the purchasing of essential production equipment
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters and reports
  • Liaising with other departments, consultants, contractors and customers
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings
  • Managing reception area and looking after visitors
  • General office administration, filing, scanning photocopying

The ideal candidate

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • MRP/ERP experience, not essential
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude

In return the company offers:

  • Mon-Fri
  • Part Time (hours flexible)
  • £9.00 - £9.50ph DOE
  • The role is on a temp to perm basis
