Multi Skilled Plasterer (Building Experience)

Multitask Personnel are working with a well-known facilities management company who specialise within the commercial sector. We are working alongside them to recruit a strong Multi Skilled Plasterer.

An exciting new position has become available for a Multi Skilled Plasterer, to join our Fabric Team in the retail/leisure sector (pubs, restaurants, gyms etc).

You will be attending planned maintenance, repairs and reactive call outs to commercial clients within the retail/leisure sector.

Main duties:

• Undertake building related maintenance tasks.
• Participate in the out of hours call out rota (approx. 1: 8 weeks)
• Undertake small scale construction related repairs eg, brickwork, stone work, plastering, concreate, tiling, cold plumbing.
• Provide recommendations and solution options to rectify faults, take measurements, estimate labour and materials.
• To provide support to Electrical and Fabric teams when required.

Essential Experience:

• Ability to work at heights
• Clear communicator
• Full UK Driving licence
• Committed, reliable and flexible
• Must be able to cover emergency call outs (evenings and weekend) 1 in every 8 weeks approximately
• Proven multi-skilled competency

Desirable

• Craft or NVQ qualified in relevant discipline – desirable
• CSCS card holder – desirable
