Mobile Building Services Engineer

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi Skilled operative to join a team of maintenance engineers across the North London area. Our client is a market leader in their industry which is constantly growing.

Our client are looking for an operative to work across a number of sites in the Finchley and wider area, you will be involved in all aspects in commercial maintenance and be expected to have a broad knowledge across multiple trades.

You will be:

• Punctually attending various commercial sites as allocated by head office
• Completing PPM works to multiple assets (multi trade including M&E) and providing real-time feedback
• Travelling between health care sites carrying out maintenance works from electrical to plumbing and basic joinery.
• Attending to reactive works when required
• Providing standby duties on a rota basis
• Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times

You will need:

• Driving licence essential

• C&G or equivalent in core trade
• Ability and basic knowledge across most other trades including mechanical and electrical
• DBS checked ( company can apply if not got)
• Ability to work on call 1 in 3 (paid at extra rate)
• Experience within planned and reactive commercial maintenance
• Electrical qualification desirable but not essential
