M&E Administrator

Multitask Personnel are working alongside one of the UK’s leading multi-disciplined service provider based in Sheffield. Offering a coordinated package of mechanical, electrical, data/IT services and facilities management solutions.

Due to expansion, we are currently looking for a Admin Support who will aid and assist the M&E Department in a junior administrative capacity

Duties: List is not exhaustive

• Answer incoming calls and transfer appropriately
• Meet and greet any visitors in Reception area, ensuring complete visitor satisfaction
• Raising requisitions for site material deliveries, as requested by the site team
• Receipting of material deliveries
• Liaising with support functions ie Procurement, Finance, HR, etc
• Set-up of project files
• Ensuring drawings are fully up-to-date
• Appropriate filing of documentation in line with company filing structure
• Archiving of past projects on project completion
• Attend meetings via Teams, as and when required
• Varying adhoc requests from the project team as requested, ensuring completed correctly and within deadline
• Work with all other team members to ensure that department deadlines are adhered to and met.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure
• Be able to work accurately
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication skills both spoken and written

• Enjoy working with people and working as part of a team
