Laptop/Notebook Repair Engineers Newark

Our client, the new face of technology, service and support, are looking to recruit a number of laptop and tablet service repair engineers to join their expanding team of over 500 engineers based in Newark for a number of ongoing temporary contracts,  this could lead to a perm role for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out basic faults diagnosis and repairing hardware and software on notebooks and laptops

• Showing competency in carrying out repairs
• Meeting daily/weekly targets set

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience of computer technology, (candidates considered who fix and repair as a hobby helping out friends and family)

• Pass basic tests and a practical bench test – (this would include recognising software faults, stripping down and reassembling a laptop/notebook)

In return, the company offer:

• Working hours of 7am-6:30pm

• 4 on 4 off rota

• Pay rate of £11.76ph
