Multitask Personnel are working alongside one of the UK’s leading multi-disciplined service providers based in Sheffield. Offering a coordinated package of mechanical, electrical, data/IT services and facilities management solutions.

 

We are working with them to recruit a Junior M&E Admin Support, at their site in Beighton. The role would suite a school leaver wanting to work and develop in an admin role, this could also be an apprenticeship role.

 

The role of the Administrator is to offer support to the Mechanical and Electrical department, from setting up project files to recording of site and H&S documentation.

 

You will:

  • Answer incoming calls and transfer appropriately
  • Meet and greet any visitors in Reception area, ensuring complete visitor satisfaction
  • Raising requisitions for site material deliveries, as requested by the site team
  • Receipting of material deliveries
  • Liaising with support functions ie Procurement, Finance, HR, etc
  • Set-up of project files
  • Set-up of site Health and Safety files and electronic H&S filing structure
  • Drawing control using extranet sites, ensuring drawings are fully up-to-date
  • Printing/Folding/Delivery of updated drawings to site project team and any adhoc requests for drawings
  • Distribution Board data entry to produce finalised Electrical Installation Certificates
  • Appropriate filing of documentation inline with company filing structure
  • Archiving of past projects on project completion
  • Attend meetings via Teams, as and when required
  • Varying adhoc requests from the project team as requested, ensuring completed correctly and within deadline
  • Work with all other team members to ensure that department deadlines are adhered to and met.
  • Any other adhoc duties as required

 

You will need:

  • Be proficient in the main elements of Microsoft office
  • Gain knowledge of any in house systems in relation to the role
  • Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Work to relevant company procedures
  • Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both spoken and written
  • Enjoy working with people and working as part of a team

 

In return:

  • Full Time – 37.5hrs hours
  • Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:00)
