Multitask Personnel are working with an exciting and fast growing provider of business photocopiers, maintenance and leasing company. Based in Stockport, we are assisting them on an exciting opening for a skilled office-based IT Support Desk Technician able to deliver IT support via TeamViewer.

You MUST HAVE experience of supporting clients’ MFDs / Photocopiers via remote support as well as the range of networks the devices will be connected to.

Suitable applicants will be outgoing and motivated with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

The Person:
  • A solid background knowledge of MFDs / Photocopiers
  • Able to assist/problem solve by phone & remote login
  • IT skills including MS Office & IT networks
  • Hard working
  • Can-do attitude
  • Organised and forward-thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
  • Keen to learn new technologies and techniques
Desirable
  • Working knowledge of MS Teams
  • Mac environment experience
  • Papercut experience
  • OneStop experience
  • Ideally manufacturer trained in Toshiba, Sharp, Epson, HP MFDs
  • Full UK driving license – max 3 points
Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £22,000 to £28,000 depending on experience

Hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
