This is working for one of our respectable clients who supply energy to customers and have a 5* reputation for customer service, you will be supporting a highly organised individual to support the on-boarding process of new engineers and day-to-day running of the field operations department.
Duties will include:
• On-boarding of new engineers including co-ordination of company inductions
• Scheduling training and upskilling for our engineers
• Assisting with HR-related tasks (recruitment, absence management)
• Assisting with Fleet management (scheduling of servicing & repairs)
• Co-ordinating and assisting in the review and roll out of company policies e.g., H&S
• Provide administration support to the field operations team and engineers
Permanent position 37 hours a week Monday - Friday 9-5 salary £21,500
