Front of House Team Members

Multitask Personnel are working with a major world player in the food and hospitality industry.

We’re currently recruiting for a number of team members to work front of house at one of their grab and go outlets, based in East Midlands Airport. They work with local suppliers to serve a delicious range of local cakes and treats, pork pies and famous pork sausages.

Serving Fairtrade Segafredo coffee and a selection of homemade sandwiches, yoghurts and salads, there's something to suit everyone.

Main Responsibilities

• To prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard in line with their brand specifications
• To assist in keeping a full and attractive product display
• Make coffee to ‘Barista’ standards
• To assist in food preparation, ensuring all products are prepared as per brand specification
• Undertaking general cleaning duties front and back of house, ensuring that the kitchen and dishwashing area are kept to the highest of hygiene standards
• To maintain high levels of cleanliness in the unit and assist in routine cleaning
• To carry out stock rotation and replenishing duties and assist with deliveries 
• Cash handling and till operation according to Company Policy
• Up sell products to customers to increase sales during every transaction
• To communicate and work well with colleagues and to support the management team
• To be able to work under pressure during peak times in a calm manner and help out in other areas when necessary
• To follow Airport security procedures, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, COSHH and Food Safety regulations
• To maintain a good level of personal presentation and hygiene.

Hours are between 3am and 8pm, Mon-Fri, we are looking for team members to be able to work 40hrs per week, part time hours also available 

In return you will receive a free meal whilst on duty, pay rate is £10.35
