Multitask are recruiting for a front of house receptionist based in the Sheffield area for a well established business who are expanding into a new office
Welcoming customers to the dealership making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manor.
• Your remit will be to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales team or other departments.
• Handling telephone inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the correct department/team member first time.
• You will be updating dealership diary and taking care of other general administrative duties.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Receptionist or administrative role and customer service experience.
• Flexibility on hours to cover sickness and holidays.
• Exceptional organisation skills.
• Good telephone manner and customer services skills.
Salary £25K- £30k Doe
