They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a freelance basis to work on a £140 million project in Hull.
The role will be full time, 5 days a week provisionally for 4 months but this may well get extended into the new year and will be based out of their Bradford office.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the commercial success and monitoring of projects and will be responsible for managing subcontractor packages, including measurements, valuations & variations.
The successful candidate will have previously worked for a main contractor and ideally will have experience working in the fit out or M&E sector previously.
