Estimator - Construction

THE ROLE

• Estimating and prepare schedule of works
• Putting together bids to ween new business
• Prepare contracts for Clients and Subcontractors
• Negotiating contracts
• Cost analyses and forecast
• Reviewing, developing and managing daily operational flow
• Management/mentoring/coaching junior staff
• Occasional site visits and pre-sale meetings with clients
• Strategic planning forecasts
• Improving current operational process flows
• Risk assessment
• Ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties.
• Development of new tender opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

• Good IT knowledge (experience with Causeway estimating preferable)
• Previous, proven estimating experience
• Analytical skills
• Technical Skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Strong Negotiator
• Exemplary communication skills
• High attention to detail
• High understanding of construction processes
• Strong contractual knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in construction (Preferable)

Salary - £38K+ Per Annum
