Our client are a highly successful and reputable parcel delivery company operating throughout the UK. We are currently working with them on a brand new exciting role of an Engagement Administrator.  The role will mainly be based at their site in Morley and will also include the site at Gildersome. This is on a temp to perm basis.

The role involves:

  • Co-ordinating and driving all engagement within the business
  • Working closely with the Distribution Centre Manager to ensure a smooth employee experience across all administrative topics
  • Supporting with the delivery of ad-hoc people projects as required
  • Develop and drive a reward and recognition culture within the business
  • Liaise with all level of personnel to ensure transparency and understanding of new projects affecting the business
  • All admin duties associated with role

The ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience administration and in providing first-line advisory support
  • A can-do, people-based approach, with the ability to engage people
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Always works with the upmost discretion and integrity
  • You thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and on multiple topics simultaneously


The working days and hours are 8am-4.30pm Tuesday to Saturday with a pay rate of £9.00ph
