Our client are a gas, electric and smart meter specialist company based in Doncaster, we are working with them to recruit a number of emergency planners on a part time basis to work within in the Domestic Metering team.

Duties will include:

• Taking inbound emergency calls, form customers who have an issue with their gas supply
• Updating information onto in-house computer system
• Checking and managing engineers availability, booking to make emergency repairs
• Carrying out all administration duties

The ideal candidate needs to:

• Be confident on the phone and with all Microsoft packages
• Have a good work ethic to get the job done right first time
• Have a good rapport and understanding with customers
• Be able to adapt and learn quickly

Desirable:

• Call centre experience
• Gas Industry background

The salary is £8.50, hours are 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm and 8pm-12am Mon-Fri on a rota basis
