Our client based in Preston Brook are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team, you’ll be the first port of call for customers regarding a wide range of issues, from billing and payment enquiries to data services and handset enquiries. Interested and enthusiastic, you’ll listen and empathise with customers, getting to a resolution as swiftly as possible. You will be trained to deliver a service that is consistent and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to.

Start date – Monday 19th August
Full training is provided, for the first three weeks, you will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Fixed shifts working the following -
Thursday & Friday – Off
Pay rate is – £8.83 per hour
