Customer Service Advisor

We are currently working with a waste removal company based in Sheffield that specialise in domestic waste disposable and pride themselves on doing it in an environmentally friendly way.

They are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be based from their Stocksbridge office on a temp ongoing basis.

You will:

• Communicate with customers re waste pick ups
• Take incoming calls from customers
• Respond the enquiries both over the phone and email
• Price and send quotes for waste removal
• Booking and Re arranging bookings
• Contact potential customers and potential gain new business
• Gather information and lead on the waste removal market
• General office administration
• Keeping and recording information correctly

You will need:

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous administration background
• Great communication skills

In return:

• £9.00ph
• Ongoing Contract
• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 – 16:30
