Multitask personnel are looking for a customer experience Agent Based in Sheffield supporting the business with supporting retention of clients….

Duties:

  • Complete out going call and other methods of clients who have entered the retention process
  • Retain Clients who have expressed a wish to cancel their claim or clients who have been unable to contact
  • Monitor all incoming calls to retention line
  • Liaise with referrer companies taking incoming call and actioning emails
  • Assist clients with any concerns regarding their claim
  • Referring retained customers to the team to process claim
  • Completing welcome calls to clients and answering initial claims
  • Monitoring files

Required:

  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional phone Manner
  • Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Proven ability to plan and manage and prioritise work loads
  • Undertake all assignments in a timely manner
  • Good organisational skills

Salary £18,000

Monday to Friday
