Multitask Personnel are recruiting for an entry level accounts and cost clerk based in Sheffield for a well-established business.to provide day to day assistance for both the Accounts and Costs Team

The Role will involve:

  • Assisting with payments to Third Parties via our case management systems.
  • Reviewing Third Party Statements and updating them on the progress of cases.
  • Ensuring balances are Nil on files before closing files down.
  • General Administration across both teams.

Qualities

  • GCSE – C or above in both English and Maths
  • Computer literate
  • Motivated
  • Able to work as a part of team and on their own
  • A keen eye for detail
  • No previous experience in a finance or legal role is essential as full training will be provided

 Monday to Friday

Salary: Meets NMW
