Multitask Personnel are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join a fantastic organisation within the housing sector.  Working on various projects within the North West, you will be responsible for assisting in effective engagement, management and delivery of Residential Refurbishment and New Build projects, for the Social Housing sector.

Covering New Build housing of approx. 10 units and low-rise apartment block refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the operational workforce to ensure efficient and effective use of time and resources
•  Monitor performance of teams, setting challenges to maintain development.
• Delivery and management of projects ensuring work is completed to safety, on time and that policies and procedures are adhered to
• Monitor, in co-ordination with the Director, to ensure works are cost effective and variations are highlighted
• Manage project financials including P&L

The Ideal candidate will have previous experience of successfully managing New Build and refurbishment projects.
