Commercial Gas Engineer

We have an exciting new opportunity to work with a well establish heating and energy company within both the commercial and private and social housing sector. They are currently looking for a Commercial engineer to do service and repair works in the North West region.

As a commercial engineer you will service boilers and heating systems on commercial properties within healthcare, education and retail.

You will be:

• Diagnose and maintain commercial plant rooms and controls.
• Fault find and repair plant room equipment and heating systems.
• Ensure that all works documentation if filled and recorded correctly and on time.
• Understand and comply with company procedures.
• Carry our work in a safe manner and make sure health and safety is adhered too.
• Complete service and repair of commercial boilers.
• Complete works and repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain all company equipment.

You will need:

• COCN1 & CODNCO1
• Full driving licence
• Previous experience in service, maintenance and repair.
• Good communication skills and ability to use own initiative.
• Catering, electrics and air con experience would be desirable but not essential.
• Flexibility to work out of hours if needed.
