Multitask Personnel are working alongside a client who specialise in void property management services for commercial and social housing properties. They clean and clear around 60,000 nationwide properties annually.
We are recruiting for re-let clearance staff to work around the Wakefield area
Duties include:
• Void House clearance
• Ensuring rubbish is disposed of in the correct manner
• The clearance of between 5 – 6 properties per day
• Adhering to health and safety regulations
• Completing all paper work correctly
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous clearance and cleaning experience
• You must have a driving licence
• CSCS card preferred (not essential)
• Ability to work well in a team
The role is demanding physically so candidates must be prepared for hands on work, the ideal person must be able to work on their own initiative and be prepared for early starts.
Pay rate is £9.14ph, overtime paid after 40 hours per week. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, (need to be flexible to stay until the final clearance is done)
