Job Advert: Campaign Performance Analyst
Location: Bolton
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Shift patterns between 8:00am – 4.30pm)
Multitask Personnel is proud to be working with a leading utilities provider specialising in the supply, installation, and maintenance of gas, electric, and SMART meters. Our client offers a fully integrated service, from project management of energy supply and connection to procurement, installation, and ongoing energy management solutions.
We are currently seeking a Campaign Performance Analyst to join their Bolton office.
Role Overview:
As a Campaign Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and managing smart meter campaigns. This includes sending various communications to customers to drive optimal engagement, supporting contact centre operations, and ensuring the dialler platform provides real-time data. You will also prepare data for future campaigns, working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end customer contact campaigns, including emails, texts, and call scheduling via the dialler.
• Support the transition towards digital communication strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and challenge existing processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Assist customers throughout their campaign journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Monitor, track, and analyse campaign performance, making proactive adjustments.
• Forecast, plan, and redistribute resources to meet targets and service levels.
• Develop and produce insightful management information reports with improvement recommendations.
• Drive innovation to enhance the customer experience.
• Own all system-related issues impacting operations and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and maintain the Five9 Dialler solution, ensuring peak performance.
Skills & Experience Required:
• High level of competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Five GCSEs (grades A*-C) or equivalent.
