Multitask Personnel have a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding business within the energy industry. Based in Bolton, we’re working with them to recruit a Campaign & Performance Analyst

The Role

You will be responsible for creating and leading campaigns which will include sending a variety of different communications to a customer to drive the best possible uptake. Ideally you will have some experience working with data and experience supporting multi-channel campaigns.

  • Manage the end-to-end Customer Contact Campaigns, as a part this you will be expected to initiate Emails, Texts and add calls to a dialler as well as supporting the businesses transition to a more digital future
  • A keen eye for detail to identify more efficient ways of working.
  • Make recommendations to business to improve ways of working to deliver a maximum performance.
  • Available to support our clients through their campaign journey.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on performance of campaigns, to meet service level and targets.
  • Supporting the Contact Centre and wider business with data and supporting analytics
  • Central to ensuring the supply of data and reports to maximize Campaign performance
  • Involved in developing new business opportunities with existing clients and being a go to person to support our clients

  • Execute the plan.
  • Consistently thinking of innovative ways to improve the customer experience

Essential Skills

  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Comfortable producing power points to provide insights into Campaign activity.
  • Good analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Previous experience working with a CRM system
  • Previous experience using a dialler platform

In Return

  • 40 hour week Monday to Friday
  • Shifts between 08:00 / 16:30
  • Some flexibility may be needed at times
  • £24,600K Annual Salary
  • Pension
  • Holidays
  • Initially remote but with a view to returning to the office - Horwich
