Café / Coffee House – Team Leader / Supervisor

Multitask Personnel are working with a major world player in the food and hospitality industry. They operate in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East and have more than 50 years' experience in airport restaurant operations, design, concept and development.

We are currently recruiting for a team leaders to work in a fantastic Café / Deli Restaurant based in East Midlands Airport.

They work with local suppliers to serve a delicious range of local cakes and treats, sandwiches, specialist coffees, pork pies and famous pork sausages.

Serving Fairtrade Segafado coffee and a selection of homemade sandwiches, yoghurts and salads, there's something to suit everyone.

Previous experience working in a Café or Food outlet is preferred, but not essential as full training will between

What we’re looking for in a Team Leader:

• A great support to the Assistant and General Manager
• Support, oversee and lead the team members
• A positive outlook with infectious energy levels!
• Undertaking other tasks to work to meet the customers’ expectations
• Be flexible with working times and days as this is a 7 day operation
