My client are going through exciting growth and are recruiting a Branch Manager to join their expanding sales division in a fantastic location.

The role offers development, progression and the chance to earn uncapped commission.

They are one of the UK’s largest and fastest growing independent business-to-business essential service providers with regional offices across the UK.

They specialise in looking after Britain’s small & medium sized businesses and currently supply one in nine UK businesses with an essential service.

The Role:

You will be responsible for assisting with the expansion of an already successful Telesales team, overseeing circa 15 - 20 Telesales Advisor's.

We require an outstanding individual who can manage the recruitment of new staff, provide ongoing training & sales coaching, whilst energising the team to achieve high levels of motivation and manage the delivery of sales targets.

Skills and Experience Desired

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A big personality
  • Proven to have telesales excellence
  • Great motivational skills
  • Previous sales management experience would be advantageous
