Multitask personnel are recruiting for a well-established business in Stockport who need someone to lead and drive sales. A great opportunity has arisen to work within a lucrative B2B environment. We are looking to for an experienced telesales manager to head up our growing telesales team. As a telesales manager, you will be responsible for managing weekly and monthly sales targets, training new telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the telesales team, and handling escalated customer complaints. To ensure success as a telesales manager, you must have successful experience with telesales, advanced managerial skills, and the ability to multitask. A top-notch telesales manager provides strong guidance and assistance to the telesales team, ultimately boosting company sales.

The Role:

  • 60% New Business from own outbound calls
  • 20% In Office support for external salespeople and direct support for the Sales Director and Manager 
  • 20% Training and Monitoring Telesales Staff
  • Meeting with directors and sales managers to discuss telesales strategies.
  • Training telesales staff.
  • Writing sales scripts, objecting handling crib sheets, and customer answer sheets.
  • Implementing sales strategies.
  • Managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
  • Ensuring weekly and monthly sales targets are met.
  • Handling escalated customer complaints.
  • Compiling and presenting sales reports.


The Person:

  • Copier Industry Experience (2 years – preferred)
  • Management in similar position (2 years – preferred)
  • Evidence of successfully exceeding previous sales targets.
  • Strong managerial and sales skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to write and present reports.
  • Strong organizational skills.
