Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Fit -Out – Sheffield
Multitask personnel are working with Small but established contractor, who covers fit outs & refurbishment works within Commercial, Residential and specialist Rail properties across Yorkshire & Notts
We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the young and dynamic team. This position is based in Dinnington but can be remote working given the circumstances.
The company is a small but established giving the opportunity to be involved in various stages of the project to enhance your skills and knowledge.
This role would suit an ambitious Assistant QS or an Estimator looking to develop their skills. You will have a construction background or similar and be flexible, have the willingness to learn and be comfortable attending site visits and meeting.
The ideal candidate will be able to support in various projects requirements such as management of subcontractors, payments, managing sub-contractor accounts, re-measuring, valuations and reporting, attending site meetings and delivery of tenders alongside Project Director, Contracts Manager and the MD as and when required so flexibility is key
