Apprentice/ Improver Commercial Gas Engineer

South Yorkshire 

Multitask Personnel are working with an established company who focus on maintenance on steam boilers, commercial gas heating, HVAC, air conditioning and refrigeration working with both public, private, commercial and industrial sector. 

Due to growth within the team they are looking to recruit an Apprentice/ Improver Commercial Gas Engineer based within the South Yorkshire area. You will be working alongside engineers ensuring the client service requirements are met whilst improving knowledge and experience. You will be learning with a mix of academic and vocational on-site job experience with support of experienced engineers. 

Main Duties: 

• Provide support to engineering personnel whilst on customer sites 
• Assist in all manner of duties and tasks whilst onsite 
• Learn about how boilers and associated equipment works with a view to pass their gas qualifications to become a trained and qualified engineer 

Essential: 

• Full UK Driving Licence to travel between sites
• Good knowledge of how tablets and laptops operate 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Any previous knowledge within the M&E sector
