Multitask Personnel are proud to be working with a new construction client who operate throughout the UK, they specialise in Curtain Walling, Structural Glazing & Building Envelopes.

We are working with them to recruit a Administrator on a temporary basis.

Your main duties will include but not limited to:

  • General reception duties such as answering the phone, backing up computers.
  • Assisting colleagues
  • Filing and printing as required to the correct procedure
  • Dealing with mail
  • Assisting the admin department with their day to day requirements
  • Data inputting

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and typing skills, be confident using Microsoft packages and be a motivated individual who is happy to switch between tasks daily and to pitch in with other colleagues as and when required.  

Hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Pay rate is £8.72 per hour.
