Multitask Personnel are currently recruiting for a well-known Property Maintenance Company based in Stratford upon Avon.
Specialising in Planned and reactive maintenance within domestic housing, they require a commercial administrator to join their busy team and become part of a highly successful and expanding business.
Main Duties Include:-
- Inputting accurate information, including direct operative and subcontractor/supplier information.
- Cost allocation of purchase orders and invoices
- Assisting in sending out material & subcontract enquiry documentation
- Maintain and enter Electrical Testing Programme and Certificates
- Agree and deliver prioritised workload to achieve deadlines
- Support the business to achieve weekly, monthly and annual targets
- Provide direct support to the commercial management function
- Carry out additional administration duties as and when required.
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate with extensive knowledge of word & excel
- Can do attitude
- Previous administration experience
- Fantastic Organisational Skills
- Willingness to travel if needed

This is a full time permanent position, Salary is £20,000 - £25,000 DOE
