Multitask Personnel are currently recruiting for a well-known Property Maintenance Company based in Stratford upon Avon.


Specialising in Planned and reactive maintenance within domestic housing, they require a commercial administrator to join their busy team and become part of a highly successful and expanding business.


Main Duties Include:-

  • Inputting accurate information, including direct operative and subcontractor/supplier information.
  • Cost allocation of purchase orders and invoices
  • Assisting in sending out material & subcontract enquiry documentation
  • Maintain and enter Electrical Testing Programme and Certificates
  • Agree and deliver prioritised workload to achieve deadlines
  • Support the business to achieve weekly, monthly and annual targets
  • Provide direct support to the commercial management function
  • Carry out additional administration duties as and when required.


Essential Criteria:-

  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate with extensive knowledge of word & excel
  • Can do attitude
  • Previous administration experience
  • Fantastic Organisational Skills
  • Willingness to travel if needed

This is a full time permanent position, Salary is £20,000 - £25,000 DOE
