We have an excellent opportunity working for a well-established, ambitious and growing organisation within the Commercial Property Maintenance sector.

You will assist the scheduling team to ensure clients and engineers data and info are updated correctly.

You will:

  • Check and upload daily worksheets.
  • Check out-of-hours call out attendance is accurately recorded.
  • Timesheet correction.
  • Help to update timesheet discrepancies.
  • Authorise engineers’ hours/attendance.
  • Check expenses on jobs are recorded.
  • Update starters/leavers on the works management system.
  • Carry out general office duties as filing, scanning, photocopying.

You will need:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • IT competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a team.

In return:

  • Permanent Contract
  • Mon to Fri, 40hours (Flexible between 8.30am -5.00pm)
  • Circa £21.5K
