Multitask Personnel are working with a growing construction company who offer fit-out & new build projects nationwide.

Due to growth, they are looking for an Admin Assistant to supporting the team with a variety of admin tasks, on a permanent basis in Rotherham.

Key Accountabilities

  • Dealing with post and filing and general office duties.
  • Printing and organising drawings/job packs ready to go to site.
  • Compiling Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
  • Setting up accounts for clients and customers.
  • Booking of accommodation and travel.
  • Ensuing labour requirements are sent out to work force weekly.
  • Organising documentation for director when necessary.
  • Inputting information onto internal systems and Sage.
  • Keeping company insurances up to date.
  • Ensuring programme of works is up to date with current & forecasted work.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • Confident and willing to learn
  • Can do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and organise

In Return:

  • Full time 40 hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Salary DOE
  • Permanent
  • Holidays
  • Free Parking
