We are working with an exciting and fast-growing provider of business photocopiers, maintenance, and leasing company. Based in Sheffield, they are looking for an Admin Assistant to help within their administration and accounts function.  

 

Currently servicing around 420 customer machines country wide they are expanding rapidly. Due to recent economy trends they have seen big growths in their sector. So, if you are looking for your next career move, now it the right time!

 

You will be doing:

  • General Administration
  • Processing lease documents for payment
  • Basic accounts (Processing Sales and Purchase invoices)
  • Inputting Purchase Orders
  • Working with current systems to ensure new stock is recorded correctly

 

You will need:

  • Previous experience within an administration role
  • Drive to succeed and progress
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to pick up new systems and knowledge quickly

 

In Return:

  • Work Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 08:30-17:30
  • 20 days holiday plus stats
  • Salary IRO £18K-£22K (Depending on experience)
